 Do you have a minimum number of guests? 
We cater to weddings from as few as 10 guests upwards and our team is dedicated to ensuring that no matter how many places we set, your celebration will be beautifully planned, thoughtfully executed, and truly unforgettable.


We have guests with mobility challenges. Can they still attend?
Absolutely! We are proud to be one of the region’s only truly wheelchair-friendly venues.
Our state-of-the-art lift provides easy and comfortable access to our function space. We also offer mobility-friendly accommodation options for guests who choose to stay onsite.


Can I decorate the space myself? 
Of course! We understand the importance of flexibility and creative control.
If you’re a DIY enthusiast, we’re happy to be as accommodating as possible or if you’d prefer to outsource the styling, we can also connect you with trusted businesses who are experienced in working within our venue. 
What happens if it rains?
Our team will work closely with you to make a final decision on moving your ceremony, even as little as an hour before the event if needed.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll swiftly transform our onsite restaurant into a beautiful ceremony space.
With floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking scenic bushland, you and your guests will still enjoy a stunning backdrop. 
How do we arrange our guest accommodation? 

We are pleased to offer a special reduced rate for any of your guests choosing to stay with us.
To access the discounted rate, bookings must be made directly with our hotel. Simply ask your guests to mention they are attending your wedding when they call our reception team to book.

How do we secure our preferred date?
To secure your wedding date, we require a $1,000 deposit. This can be paid via cash, card, direct deposit, or Afterpay — whichever option suits you best. Once your deposit is received, you’ll work with our wedding coordinator to arrange a payment plan that fits your needs.
Whether you prefer to pay in larger lump sums or in smaller, weekly instalments, we offer flexible options to help make the planning process as stress-free as possible.


Can our dog be part of the wedding?

Absolutely! We are proud to be a pet-friendly venue.
Well-behaved pets are more than welcome to be part of your ceremony.
